Understanding Product Types and Formats

Digital Products:
  • 300 DPI (dots per inch) for printables
  • JPG and PDF formats
  • 100 DPI (dots per inch)
  • JPG and/or PNG formats
For all customisable products:

Send us your custom information (and photographs, where the option is available) via the product page and check-out cart. If you are facing trouble using our online form, shoot our tech folks an email: hello@reveldesign.co

Personal & Commercial License

Items purchased under the Personal License may only be used for PERSONAL USE.

Professionals and Business Owners by the likes of (but not limited to) photographers, event planners and caterers kindly purchase the Professional License.

Placing Your Order

The best manner to shop Revel is via our website. Simply:

  1. Choose the product/s you like.
  2. If you chose a product that can be personalised with your own text/photos, submit your information and file via the product page’s form. If you’re unsure here, you may submit via email ( hello@reveldesign.co ) too.
  3. Checkout your cart and complete payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer for orders within Singapore.

BACKORDERS: Please add an additional 3 weeks to delivery. For a more accurate timeframe, buzz us at hello@reveldesign.co

Receiving Your Order

Digital Orders:

Receive your orders via email with links to download within 48 business hours.

Items that require postage:

Most items ship out within 14 business days. We are unfortunately unable to expedite this. So be sure to shop early!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Ships at a flat-rate of $50SGD. Delivery takes an average of 7 to 18 business days.

Errors, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For Digital Orders:

No cancellation, returns or refunds. Please double, triple check your information before sending it to us to ensure there are no errors.

For items that require postage:

We do not accept cancellations.

For returns and refunds, kindly contact us within 24 hours after receiving your items. After which we are unable to cater to returns and/or refunds.
